Getting error while running gel file on C6678

Hi Ti experts,

i'm using 4 TI DSP C6678 devices in my custom board.
 While running gel file only one DSP is giving problem which is mentioned below,

C66xx_16: Trouble Reading Memory Block at 0x210000e4 on Page 0 of Length 0x4: (Error -1202 @ 0x210000E4) Device core is hung. The debugger will attempt to force the device to a ready state to recover debug control. Your application's state will be corrupt. You should have limited access to memory and registers, but you may need to reset the device to debug further. (Emulation package 5.0.872.0)

C66xx_0: Trouble Reading Memory Block at 0x1840040 on Page 0 of Length 0x4: (Error -1060 @ 0x1840040) Device is not responding to the request. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.0.872.0)

Emulator : Spectrum Digital XDS 200

    Hello,
    Is this with a GEL startup file that runs when the debug session is launched? And is the same GEL file being used for all the cores?

    Also I see you are using a pretty old version of CCS. I would strongly recommend updating to the later supported versions (CCSv6.1.2).

    Thanks for your response...yes same gel file is being used in all the cores even in rest 3 DSP also.

    I know CCS version is old but still this all setup is working in remaining 30 cards
