Could not set more than 2 breakpoints (MSP430 MSP-FET Flash emulation tool)

Hi,

My problem is, that I could not set more than two breakpoints at once. It says:

MSP430: Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Remain Halted" at 0x9e8c: Address is past the end of memory
MSP430: Breakpoint Manager: Retrying with a EEM breakpoint

I'm on a windows 7 machine with CCS 6.1.1. I tried to activate Software breakpoints, but this does not solve anything. 

Any suggestions?
