APP CENTER PROBLEM

Dear sir,

I have installed ccs v6,before this i disabled antivirus and windows fire wall but when i open ccs app center ,it was showing unable to connect.please see the attachment and sort it out....i donr the installation 3 to 4 times but problem remains same....how to over come..

What is the exact version of CCS you are using? Were you ever able to connect to CCS App Center in the past?

Also check if you have any anti-virus software running that may be blocking access. If so, try disabling anti-virus and see if that helps.

Hi,

I disabled all antivirus from system while installtion....am using ccs version 6.1.3......when i open the view->ccs app center,it was showing the above attachment....

Please try changing your proxy settings from Window -> preferences -> Network Connections. Switch from Native to Manual and fill in the required information. This may help.
