CCs-Uniflash SEVERE: IcePick_C: Error connecting to the target: (Error -261 @ 0x0) Invalid response was received from the XDS110. (Emulation package 6.0.83.1)

I have issues while flashing images to sensortag-cc2650

When I selected configuration I got the below error:

I ignored the  above error and tried to flash the image:

the below log is seen:

    This is an unusual error message - the only other report is mentioned in the thread below that is related to a HW problem.

    I tried to "break" my Sensortag here but I was unsuccessful in getting the same error message. In this case, does the "Test Connection" button report any errors?

    One last thing I recalled - are you using the Sensortag Devpack? If so, check if the device in the Devpack is overheating and, in case affirmative, refer to the other thread below:
