Code Composer Ver 4.2.4 , using scripting to program NOR and NAND flash

In our design we are using the loadti.bat file to program NOR  Flash attached to the OMAPL138 using spectrum digital Xds510 USB emulator.

Recently we had to use windows 7 32-bit machine to perform the task listed above. However, very frequently  when the script is attaching to the OMAP and down loading the files to the OMAP, the  Window 7 operating system is throwing up an error message "Windows has encountered a critical error will shutdown in 1 minute." 

The script was working correct on an XP machine and also on windows 7 64-bit machine. Any thought  on how to resolve this issue.

    Hello,
    That is very odd if CCS/DSS is actually crashing the entire Windows OS. The first thing I would like for you to try is to update your CCS version. 4.2.4 is very old and no longer supported. Please update and let us know if that helps.
