CCS: blackhawk 560v2 led always flash

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello

I'm just buy the USB560v2 to use it with a TI C2800 Cpu.

My computer has Windows 10 64Bits,
CCSv6 and CCSv7 installated.

Like indicated in the QuickStart guide Step 3:

* Power the USB560v2 Emulator by connecting the USB cable to a USB-A port on the PC/Laptop and the USB mini-B connection (see figure 1) on the USB560v2.
   => Ok (JTAG cable is not connected on my board)

* On power-up the USB LED will be RED and the MODE LED blinking GREEN indicating that the unit is booting up.
   => OK

* When the MODE LED turns solid GREEN the boot cycle is completed (~20 seconds) and Windows should announce that it “found new hardware”.
  => NOK:

The MODE LED stay in blink Green mode even after 10 minute. (USB led is fixed red)
This should indicate the boot is not finished. The communication (USB enumeration) with computer not yet started.
What can I do to make work the Boot??

It seems I have the same problem than this post:

e2e.ti.com/.../459273

Where it is say:

 "then putting it in safe mode and  then use the Bh560v2 Config Utility to update the firmware. This will update the firmware and then clear safe mode."

But I don't know how pass in "Safe mode"..

in the ConfigurationUtility UserGuide it is say:

"Depending on certain events the Bh560v2 may boot into safe mode. For example, if the device does not complete a boot cycle into normal operating mode after ~8-10 tries, safe mode is activated."
