CCS: ccsv6.2 as well as ccsv7 are crashing as soon as debug button is pressed

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello

As soon as I press debug button on ccsv6.2 or ccsv7 it stops working and shows an error saying code composer stopped working due to some problem..

please find below snapshot of crash logs.
