CCS: When statring debugger CodeComposer crashes all the time (v7 and v6.2)

Hey,

I am facing the Problem that all the time ist Start debugging CCS Crashes. 

If i dont connect a debugger and start debugging he is going to point out that the Frequency is out of range, witch makes sense, if i connect the debugger then (TM4C Launchpad)  and click on Retry CCS Crashes. The Debugger is working fine with other PCs, also i have tested different Launchpads. 

PC is Win10 

CCS is V6.2 at the moment, i also tried with V7 first but the same issue.

Maybe you have an Idea or somebody has the same Problem.
