I am trying to install CCSv7 on win8.1 64 bit with the offline installation, and then it stop like this picture below:

This is my install_logs:

And I already turn off my anti vius ,window defender, and fire wall but
the output still the same as well.

Hi,

From the logs, it looks like you were attempting to install the offline installer over top of an existing, failed installation. Could you please delete the contents of d:/ti/ccsv7 and try the installation again?

Could you delete the contents of the installation folder, and try the install again? If it fails, could you zip up and post the install logs?

I try it already ,but it does not work.
In the other hand, I change window 8.1 to window 10 and then, I install CCS v7 again and it works well.
