CCS/MSP-EXP432P401R: Issue with connecting MSP-EXP432P401R using TIcloudagent on windows 10

Part Number: MSP-EXP432P401R

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi,

I am facing issues while connecting MSP-EXP432P401R to laptop through TIcloudagent.

I am using windows 10 os and chrome browser.

To check further I tried in other laptop which is running windows 7 and I am able connect to the board and control it (out of the box demo).

Is Ticloudagent is supported in windows 10?

can you please help me on this?

0525.TICloudAgent.log5187.0525.TICloudAgent.log

I have attached ticloudagent_install.log and TICloudAgent.log .

  • Hello,

Your post has been moved to the CCS Forum as I believe they should be able to provide you with the help that you need.

    Regards,

    David
  • Hi,

Please apologize for the delay; are you still having this issue?

The two logs seem identical. Can you send the ticloudagent_install.log as well?

I can't necessarily spot any problems with the log you sent (apart from an error with a Stellaris ICDI driver, which shouldn't affect the ability to connect.

I will also ask around to see if there is something I may be missing from the logs.

    Regards,
    Rafael
  • FYI, there should be no issue using Windows 10.
  • Hi Rafael,

I am still facing the same connection issue. Attached the logs for more info.
