From our Tiva TM4C customer:

Please point me to the “best” compiler user’s manual for our Tiva part.  We are running (CCS) v7.0 now.

What I’m looking for in particular: A description of the 150 or so items that the C99 standard says are “implementation dependent” or “implementation defined”.   For example, how many bits did TI decide are in a “short” or “int” variable.  Is a plain “char” signed or unsigned?  Etc.

We realize this isn't necessarily device dependent (Tiva for instance) but with the newest CCS release and compiler tools, just looking for the most updated documentation to send along.
