CCS/CCSTUDIO: CCS Target Configuration GEL file Relative or Environment Variable Based Paths

I'm wanting to know if it is possible to specify either CCS project relative or CCS environment variable based paths for target configuration GEL files.  For example:

Often customers want to use customized GEL files and want to be able to track those along with the project and not the CCS install location.

    Not at this moment. Target Configuration Files currently do not have any relationship with the projects they are inserted, but instead with the CCS install directory.

    I filed the enhancement CCSIDE-3082 to bring this request to the attention of the development teams. You can check its status in the link SDOWP in my signature below.
