For 3.x support, make sure you have the latest Service Release (12) and the CSP and Flash plugin for f2803x
Get SR12 from Update Advisor
CSP: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_registered_sw/sdo_ccstudio/CCSv3/CSPS/F2803x_CSP_v3.3.2901.exe
Flash plugin: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_registered_sw/sdo_ccstudio/CCSv3/CSPS/F2803x_CSP_v3.3.2903.exe
Thanks
ki

2803x is supported in CCS 4 in 4.1.2 and later. Please provide more details as to how it is not working? Does CCS give any error messages? Is it the programming that isn't working or boot to flash?

the service releases for CCSv3.3 are here
https://www-a.ti.com/downloads/sds_support/CCSv3.3ServiceReleases.htm
In CCSv4, it's a bit confusing (IMO). You don't use the "Flash Plug-in", you just click on the project and set the active build configuration to Flash. Then when you load the program it automatically flashes the device.
version number of my hand is 3.3.81.28.
i dont have any error mesage.
and
which pins must be changed for flash mode(stand alone)? and that pins high or low???
i read that"Stand-alone boot: If an emulation controller is not connected, then the boot ROM will use two GPIO pins to determine how to boot the device. "
my problem is that. when i disconnect the emulator and the hardware start again , the programme doesnt start.
