CCS/TMS320F28377D: Unable to use Debugger after reinstallation of the CCS v6.2.00050

I got a new PC(Windows 10) at my workingplace and wanted to go on with my developement on the F28377D Controller.

I installed CCS (v.6.2.00050) and also the Control Suite and wanted to go on with developing.

But somehow i can't run the debugger anymore, I always get the same Errormsg:

Maybe i forgot an installation step or missed a configuration but I can't find help on the Internet because of the unhelpfull Error Msg.
Even the examples from TI don't work anymore and are ending up with the same Error Msg.

Pls help, I just want to start developing again.

Hi,

An explanation for this error is shown at the following reference:

One customer also reported this may happen if something on the Hardware is not working properly. This is mentioned in the thread below:

Since many other people noted that the problem comes from Hardware and NOT from Software I also remanaged my Hardware Setup.

I noticed that the USB-Connection calbe I wasn't working properly.

After using a new one the Debugger worked again and I had no Error anymore.
