CCS/TMS320F28035: Build and Debug failure in CCS

Hi,
I have an issue with the execution of build tool of CCS V7. When I created an new (first for my) project. I show an image that present the state and resulting error. I need use the experimenter kit, but the CCS don´t function correctly.

I tried create a new project folowing the indicate procedure in the help menu. Therefore the source code contains only the frame, as I show in the screen shot. I am thinking use a before version fo CCS, because CCS v7 not function correctly. Do you know what version of CCS function fine with experimenter kit and TMS320F28035 micrcocontroller?.

V7 should work fine. Even though it is a simple new project, I'd still like to examine it anyway. So if you can send it, that would be great.

Also, can you attach the full build output in the build console?
