  • In the post you referenced, this error occurred because of a corrupted install. Did you install CCS into an existing directory that contained a previous installation of CCS?

Either way could you try installing to a new clean directory? Or make sure to completely delete the current installation directory (make sure there are no files remaining there) and reinstall to the same directory.

  • Since I haven’t heard back from you, I’m assuming you were able to resolve this issue. If not, please post a reply with an update below (or create a new thread). Thanks!
  • I have done with your recommendation, but same as before.

please give me your another solution, I just want to install it like other program without any action.

  • Kenny,

Please provide these additional details and log files.

    - Did you reinstall CCS to an empty directory? Were there any errors/issues during installation?
    - Could you zip up the install logs in \ccsv8\install_logs and attach the zip file here for us to look at?
    - Does CCS start up to the point where you specify the workspace? If so, could you try opening to a new workspace?
    - If you are running an anti-virus software, try temporarily disabling it to see if that helps.
  • Kenny,

Unfortunately without additional details there isn't much we can do to help. If you could try out the suggestions in the previous post and provide the details requested then we could review the logs and/or provide additional recommendations. Otherwise we will consider this closed, but please feel free to come back to it or open a new thread.
