i have faced the same problem. could you please help me in this regard. i am using CCS v5_5 . And also attached project file.

    Imran,

    I currently don't have CCS 5.5 installed but I tried importing the project into CCS 6.0.0 and did not get the same error. There was a warning about unresolved compiler options but not an import failed error.

    Could you show a screenshot of your error? Also please note that CCS 5.5 is very old and unsupported so I would strongly recommend moving to a newer release. Ideally that would be CCSv8 but it may be a huge jump to go directly from CCS 3.3 to CCS8 so perhaps migrate to CCSv6 or v7 first and then once you have the project imported and building fine, then migrate to CCSv8.
