Hi there,

I get the following error on my CCS project:

Product 'com.ti.SIMPLELINK_ACADEMY_CC2640R2SDK' v1.14.2.04 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version.

I could not find SDK v1.14.2.04 anywhere!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled both CCS and SDK, but still getting the error. My Anti-Virus and Firewall were both off during installation and running. Other people on our Network can run projects with no issue.

Here are more info:

CCS version: 8.0.0

SimpleLink CC2640R2 SDK version: 1.50.00.58

Any recommendation?

Saeedeh,

It looks like the project is dependent on the SImpleLink Academy. Note that this is not the SimpleLInk SDK, it is a supplemental package.

To get the version of the academy that is compatible with your version of the SDK we will need to switch Resource Explorer to be displaying your version of the SDK. If you click on the home button you can then go down to the tile for the CC2640R2 SDK and change the version to 1.50 as shown here at the bottom right:

Once I have done that if I go back to the software listing and expand the SDK I will see the appropriate SimpleLink Academy and will be able to install it.

Great. Note that if you want to get a newer version of the SDK in the future just go back to the home screen and change the version selection to latest.
