CCS: CCSv8 Resource Explorer Not Working

Hi Patrick,

As requested, I opened a new thread. Mine is a little bit different, only the Resource Explorer is not working. Getting Started and App Center works fine.

This is the message I get after waiting a long time for Resource Explorer to try to load:

Resource Explorer encountered a problem. Please close and reopen Resource Explorer.
