CCS: CCSv8 Resource Explorer Not Working

Have you already tried the troubleshooting steps at the displayed link? http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_CCSv7#Resource_Explorer 

Are you running any web security tools like Malwarebytes or Webroot?

What is your OS?

Did you upgrade to a new version of CCS? Has Resource Explorer ever worked before?

Roughly how many packages (SDKs, etc) are installed in your 'ti' folder (e.g. 'c:\ti' on Windows)

Please send me log files from 

• <ccs_workspace_folder>\.metadata\.log
• c:\Users\<user_name>\ti\tirex-localserver-3.6.5\.logs

Yes, I have tried the troubleshooting steps at that link.

I am using Malwarebytes.

My OS is Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 OS Build 16299.431

My CCS version is 8.1.0.00011.

Yes Resource Explorer worked before at a previous version.

There are 24 packages installed on my ti folder.

Resource Explorer Classic is working.

Hi Edward,

Based on your logs Resource Explorer is not able to connect to dev.ti.com. Please temporarily turn off Malwarebytes or any other firewall you may be running to see if that helps. We have seen such cases recently.
