CCS/TMS320F2812: I need to download F28xx On-Chip Flash Programmer Plugin for CCSv3.3

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I found a promising liink here

And it brings me to here

but the only flash plugins there are for the F2803

Please help me find the f2812 one.

Hi,

Interesting; F2812 support should be provided with the base CCSv3.3. The other plug-ins mentioned in the page above were added after CCSv3.3 was released.

Do you have a menu Tools ==> F28xx On Chip Flash Programmer?

No, thats the problem. I connect to the target and the menu item is not there. The same target flashes fine on other computers with CCSv3.3. Also the setups are identical: F2812 XDS510USB Emulator - cpu_0. Odd thing is that it is checked active in the Component Manager, Plugin's.

Interesting. It seems a DLL is not properly registered.

I found the thread below that goes through a step-by-step process to verify and repair a very similar issue.
