I try to install ccs8 in win10 os but failed. the attachemt is the original message.

disable anti-virus,
run offline installer.

I tried it.
I disabled anti-virus, and dowload linux version offline installer (64bit seems only linux, no windows ) but still do not know how to install it under linux.

whenever I use ./ccs_setup_linux64_8.1.0.00011 command in cmd line of linux, it seems not work.

Hi,
The picture you've posted is of a windows install. Can you please specify what you're trying to install and the OS version. Also, what exactly is the error you're seeing?

hello,

I tried to sudo apt-get install tftpd but failed

Is there any other method to work around it? I mean does IT provide these items

tftpd nfs-kernel-server minicom build-essential libncurses5-dev autoconf automake dos2unix lrzsz u-boot-tools

so that I can download and install them directly?

Hi,

Can you please go to /tmp and look for the latest bitrock*.log file there. Please attach it here.

In the meanwhile, you may want to do a sudo apt-get upgrade.

Please attach the bitrock*.log file from the /tmp folder. I can't help you with the ubuntu install, but I can take a look and see what's going on with the CCS installer.

Shihao,
regarding installation of tftpd and nfs-kernel server, these steps are not needed for CCS installation. Why are you trying to install theses? Are the for the SDK?
