CCS/IWR6843: Importing an AOP project into CCS forces me to "Copy project into Workspace"

Hello there,

I've been tried to import an AOP project into CSS, but without copying it into Workspace but leaving it in the directory it is now.

But when I check the project after I find it using the import menu, the checkbox "Copy projects into Workspace" is disabled and checked.

What am I missing?

    These projects are based on ProjectSpecs which inherently copy the project into the workspace. It is not possible to disable this. 

    ProjectSpecs offer more advantages compared to traditionally created projects of the past, one of which is being able to create a project on-the-fly thus allowing it to be somewhat version agnostic.  Also, historically the ability to leave projects in their original location posed problems when users inadvertently modified and broke their code and could not easily go back to a good working state.
