Hello,

I am getting the same error 'Could not launch TI cloud agent'. I tried steps in troubleshooting guide, but still not able to figure out the problem. I am using Firefox version 65.0.2 (64 bit).

Thanks. That should work. I tried it out with the same browser (and version) and it installed fine.

What host OS are you using?

When did you try installing the agent? Via the link for the autodetect at dev.ti.com? Or when trying to run the program in TI Cloud?

I am using Windows 7. I tried on Friday via the link:

dev.ti.com/.../

But yesterday I downloaded the visualizer and it worked.
