Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler
Hello!
I read the original question and answer onthis topic and would like to follow up with this related question. We have installed our TMS320C3x (and 4x) tools on an XP virtual machine, and everything works fine but the -v33 switch (highest is v32). The tools come with the version number 4.10. Now I wanted to update with Code Composer 4.10 Service Pack 2, which we also own. However, this update process requires a CC version installed that we do not find anymore in our CDs. Is there a possibility to get this old CC version in order to install the service pack? Or can the service pack just install the patches for cl30 and asm30?
Thank you very much, sincerely,
Oliver
What is your actual end goal? Do you want to upgrade Code Composer? Or the compiler? Or both? And what version do you want to upgrade to?
Thanks and regards,
-George
Hi!
The goal is very simple: I need just the compiler, assembler and linker (cl30, asm30, lnk30) in the following versions (currently I only have 5.10):
TMS320C3x/4x ANSI C Compiler Version 5.11
TMS320C3x/4x COFF Assembler Version 5.12
TMS320C3x/4x COFF Linker Version 5.11
Accoring to our papers, this patch should happen through the SP2 I mentioned above. But that does not install without CC (which I don't find anymore, but the cover I still have!).
Thank you, Oliver
