At present, I use CC1310 (7*7 package);At present, the software is upgraded and flash is not enough. I want to change CC1312R. May I ask whether the two pins are compatible?In addition, are there any big changes in the software?

Hi,

Yes, the two device is pin-to-pin compatible but there is some things to take into considerations when migrating. For hardware, there is a guide available: www.ti.com/.../swra587

In regards to software, assuming you are on the latest SDK already, the effort of migrating should be minimal as they share a lot of the code base.
