CCS/MSP430FR5994: Found a Download option stating "Code Composer Studio with MSP430Ware"

That link for CCS points to the general download page. The images there are for the CCS installer only.

Note that once you have installed CCS, you can get the MSP430Ware directly from the Resource Explorer in CCS:
