Hello,

This is Anil from Istanbul.

I've downloaded CCS9.0.1.00004_win64 from the website and tried to install to my notebook but it fails while installing the eclipse IDE .

I have tried many times to install it, turned off the antivirus, but not succeeded.

Could someone give an advise to make it?

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the logs. A cursory read seems to indicate the errors are caused by special characters in the user's directory (line 651), which causes the installer to fail. 

    Can you retry the install but with a user without spaces or special characters on the directory? 

    In the meantime, I will ask an expert to look for additional details and report back.
