CCS: failed to uninstall ccsv.4 and try to install ccs6.13 but failed

There are not many details in your post. Since CCS does not add any DLLs to the system nor registry keys, our recommendation is to simply delete the CCS install directory on the windows explorer. This will guarantee the most successful uninstall.

Also, you can install multiple versions of CCS in the same host, provided you use a different install directory and a different workspace.
