Hi,

If I use SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 1.8.1 it will prompt to update firmware. Then if I use CCSv9.20 it will prompt to update firmware. Then if I use Uniflash 4.50, it will also prompt to update firmware. How can I make this to not happen?

    Hi Markel,

    Newer versions of the emulator pack are not as fussy over minor revision number differences in the firmware version. The issue is with older versions. "Older" being the emu pack versions that comes with CCS versions before 9.2.0 and UniFlash 5.2 (I don't know enough about Smart RF Flash programmer to comment). You can try updating the emu pack version on the older versions of the tool but if the tool is old enough, it may not be compatible with the latest emu pack version. The best bet is to update your UniFlash version to the latest to avoid the issue (again, I don't know enough about Smart RF Flash programmer to comment)
