CCS: Installing Hercules and mmWave

Dear Sirs

I installed Code Composer Studio 9.1.0, and I need Hercules Safety MCUs and mmWave Sensors. After installing and updating CCS I'm importing two projects, one works with AWR1843 and another works with  TMS570LC34xx. And in the second project I've got an error:
"This project was created for a device not currently recognized - Cortex R.TMS570LC43xx. Re-run CCS installer on your existing CCS location, ensure the Product Family for your device is selected, and proceed with installation if it wasn't. See 'Help > Check for Updates' to check if support for this device is available through a CCS update. Migrate the project to closest matching supported device by adjusting project properties. Or contact TI for support if using experimental silicon."

I have already tried to re-install CCS, but have same result. If I install Hercules Safety MCUs first, and install mmWave after it, I have the same problem with AWR device. How can I resolve this issue?

    Hi Dmitriy,

    Which mmwave demo you are trying to import to CCS? MRR demo from TI-Rex would give you the right set of project settings to import in CCS, please try that.

    Hi Jitendra.

    I installed mmWave Sensor from CCS v9 setup, and it works ok. I also installed Hercules Safety MCUs, but my CCS do not recognize any of TMS families. Point is, when I install both of this software, I get only one of them works. Am I installing it wrong, or maybe I should set some adjustment after installing? Cause when I open some TMS project, I get an error "device not recognized". In TI-REX I have marks that tells software have already installed.

    P.S. Actually, when I'm trying to launch my CCS now, it's starting installation of CCS 9.2, but returns an error, telling that there is no file matching. After that CCS closing. But I haven't any intensintensions to install CCS 9.2. And according to another question branch on this website, it seems the only way to resolve this is to reinstall entire CCS, isn't it?

    Sounds like Hercules device support was not installed. It can only be installed from the CCS installer. 

    Please try installing a a fresh new CCSv9.3.0. Make sure it is in a clean directory.

    When running the install wizard, make sure the below options are selected:

    Hello, Ki.

    That's what I did. Doesn't work. Now I have "Product SYS/BIOS v6.73.1.01 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version". I installed TI-RTOS for CC2650(2.21.00.06), there is no other options in TI-REX.

    P.S.

    Eventually, I resolved it. If anybodey will have this issure: "Product SYS/BIOS v6.73.1.01 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version", thats mean you should install software directly. In CCS Window->Preferences->CCS->Products->Install->choose required XDCtools.
