Hi,
Do you have the latest CCS 3.3 Service Release installed? Your CCS version number should be 3.3.82.13 if you do. if you do not, please install it and try again.
If updating does not help, provide a few more details on the steps you are taking. Are you trying to set a breakpoint in flash? Do you have the profile clock enabled?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I am using 3.3..80. If i use the same IDE for other board of TMS570PSF61A.0, i am able to put the break point.
Only for TMS470PSF761 board i am not able to put the break point. My doubt is whether any hardware that related to debugging is get damaged?
I am not getting this manual SPNU124 also, please share this document if any one have this.
Thanks

SPNU124 is a 1998 document that was never available in the internet. The reason is because it refers to a debugger used before Code Composer Studio, therefore it is not useful at all.

Hi,
I faced the same problem while using CCS Version: 4.2.3.00004.
Reconnecting the evaluation board resolved the problem but I am not sure about the reason why it was happening ;-)
Thanks,
