Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Hi all,
Just did something a bit silly. I'm using CCSv6, and on a PC without admin rights, I opened App Center and chose to install TI Arm Compiler (I believe it was v19.6). CCS then prompted me to restart to install the update. But now I've locked myself out of CCS. When I try launching CCS it asks for the admin account (because it wants to run the ccs6 updater to install the TI Arm Compiler).
Do you know if there's a way I could revert my App Center changes without admin rights? Thanks.
Hi,
Try moving the <installdir>/eclipse/downloads folder to downloads.bk and then start CCS. If this works for you, remove the downloads.bk folder altogether.
