Hi,

I meet a problem that can't choose a device (UniFlash 6.1.0.2829)

- xml file can be found

- there don't exist directory Uniflash in "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local" at all

    If you clear the "cc32xx" from the filter, does it still get stuck on "Loading Device List"?

    hmmm... can you try reinstalling UniFlash? And if that does not help, please enable GUI loggging and geneate a log as mentioned in the below link:

    A few suggestions from the engineering team:

    1. Try re-installing UniFlash to a different location
    2. Try re-installing an older version of UniFlash to see if it works
    3. If you are using CC32xx, you'll be using ImageCreator. In that case, he can start it directly in the <installDir>\simplelink\imagecreator\bin\SLImageCreator.exe location.

    BTW:

    The situation stuck on “LOADING DEVICE LIST” is still the same when I try re-installing uniflash to difference path or re-installing older version(6.0.0.2710)

    Ok, glad to hear that you can use the workaround. We will need to make note of the issue with the "loading device list" hang and investigate further on our end.
