CCS: CCS6 installation issue

Hello,

There is no error in the attached log. Can the customer provide all logs in <CCS6 INSTALL DIR>\ccsv6\install_logs?

Also, note that CCSV6 is very old and unsupported. Is there any particular reason why the customer cannot use a more recent CCS version?

Thank you for your reply, my customer has deleted all the antivirus software from his computer, but he still can't install the off-line CCS.

Because he has some existing programs compiled with CCS6.1.3,If he downloads a higher version of CCS, can the previous program be used？

Typically, yes. There may be a few migration issues but they usually are not hard to fix. The customer can use the same compiler version that was used with 6.1.3. At the very least I would recommend the latest CCS 6.x version (CCS 6.2.0).

Can you confirm that the customer is installing with full admin permissions? I assume they are based on the username but I just would like to confirm. Also, what exact windows version is the customer using?
