Tina Ti and LTSpice

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV134, TINA-TI

    I downloaded DRV134 from ti.com

.

I can open DRV134 TİNA ti reference design as successively. Also,I downloaded DRV134 Spice model. Then I inserted DRV134 to my LT spice library. After that I built tina ti reference desing ciruit in LT Spice. But I can not obtain same graph.

Tina ti reference design is:

The circuit I built in Lt Spice is:

When I compare this two circuits I can not see any differences. But in tina ti reference design circuit I obtain this graph:

But in LT Spice simulation I can obtain DC simulation correctly, but in AC Analysis I obtain wrong graph. In below I added AC Analysis graph

  Can you help me?Thank you.

  • The EULA of LTSpice prevents us from trying to debug any LTSpice issues. Since the device appears to be functioning correctly in TINA-TI, I would recommend using it in this case.

You might try the LTSpice users forum. They may have some hints for settings or changes needed for LTSpice to run the imported PSpice model.
