PSPICE-FOR-TI: Too many machine attempting to connect with the same access key

Our customer was not able to use his PSPICE-FOR-TI due to the error: "Too many machines attempting to connect with the same access key".

Could you help remove the other connections?

I could send you the customer email and access key if needed.
