I have one workstation, two active windows installs. I'm guessing it is counting previous windows installation as I hop between stable, beta, and dev branches of windows every 6 months or so.
BTW, there are 3 machines registered with your access key and we've disabled them. you can try installing again. as long as your host id doesn't change, your OS installation does not matter.

JC
I appreciate it. I did install a new ssd, so that must've been enough to change the host id.
Austin,
I don't think a new HD would have mattered. I can send you the names of the 3 machines we disabled.

I didn't just add a new drive, I installed windows to the new drive. I don't know the specifics of PSpice's host id creation, but serial number of boot drive is a pretty common piece. I saw the 3 names you sent in an email notification. First change was from a 6700k to a 5900x CPU and second change was from a 960 evo boot drive to a WD sn750. With the exception of the most recent one, those installations have long been overwritten.
OK, sounds like enough to warrant a host identification change.
Happy simulating!
