Fix for Thread "PSPICE for TI install problem" Did Not Work

I followed the instruction in the forum "PSPICE for TI install problem". FIPS is disabled, I restarted my computer and I still get the same error.

    Hi Chelsea,

    Once rebooted, the setting should be present in the Windows registry. Would you please double-check the value of "Enabled" DWORD value in the following registry after restarting the machine:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\FipsAlgorithmPolicy?

    Hi Chelsea,

    Please try this:

    • Copy the "TIPSpice.exe.config" file in the attached zip to %Appdata%\Cadence\PspiceTIInstall folder.
    • Run the existing TIPSpice.exe in the same folder ( %Appdata%\Cadence\PspiceTIInstall\).

    Please let us know what happens.
