Bode with Pspice for TI: DCDC loop simulation

Hello,

      I have some problems in the loop simulation recently. How to complete the DCDC loop stability simulation,

      I use the AC scan on the PSPICE FOR TI, but the final waveform is strange. Can you provide a complete step for the DCDC loop simulation of bode diagram.

      Please help me to answer it !

  • Hi,

    Transient models does not support bode plot simulations. You would need an average model for that. Unfortunately, I could not find an average model for this device.

    The average models are usually uploaded into the product page under "design tools and simulation" section.

    We have not developed the average model for TPS62065. Hence, it is not available in the product page.

    Did you mean you would like to know about some other device which already has a developed average model?

    If yes, could you provide your desired device specifications so that I could recommend some devices? What is your end application?

         Yes,I would like to know about some other device which already has a developed average model.

         It would better to buck Power. There is no other special requirement. It is only used to explore the relationship between loop stability and peripheral devices, such as the relationship between loop with Feedforward Capacitor, output capacitor and input capacitor.
