IBIS / SPICE / S-Param models

Dear all,

I am looking for IBIS or SPICE or S-Param models of the following PN:

- REG113NA3.3

- REF3130AIDBZ

- TPS3828-33QDBVRQ1

- TS3A5223RSWR

Unfortunately I can't found them in the TI website.

Do you have any suggestions to find such models in other way?

Hi MC,

I can speak for the REG113NA3.3 as this is an LDO.

Unfortunately, we do not have a SPICE model for the device.

Also, is there a reason why this device is used? This is an older device and perhaps we can help suggest a newer LDO that has a PSpice model.

Unfortunately this is not available for REF3130AIDBZ.

The closest alternative with model would be:
