Hi Gokul,
Looks like there's an issue with the network connection. Please check if you can reach https://cdsplicwc.cadence.com/chws/test/connection.html.
If it does not say "Successful Connection," please contact your IT department and ensure that PSpice for TI has internet access.
If you are in a VPN, try log off to see if the problem goes away.

I am using system in server account. I install this software in my account(Not an admin. So, I use admin username and password when I install). When I now run this using the admin account it runs well and good(But I install this software in my account using admin credentials).
After installation is there any way to change the user I am working with?

Glad to hear that. I don't think you can change the user account as the license is installed in your user folder.

Now every time I open this software, I need admin username and password to login. This makes an security issue.
Is there any possibility to run this in an non admin account?

In general, PSpice for TI does not require admin right for installation. However, there could be some restrictions posed by your IT team so please work with them to get it installed under the user you intend to use it.
