PMP9204: Reference Design PMP4190

I have seen reference design PMP9204 using Transformer (RLTI-1067/ Renco Electronics) and UCC28740EVM using Transformer (7508111111/Wurth).

1. Can I use 7508111111 instead of RLTI-1067 in PMP9204.

2. What is working Min DC Voltage

3. PMP9204 and UCC28740EVM is same design.

Hi Navi,

1. I suggest following the UCC28740EVM schematic if you want to use 7508111111, because it already uses that transformer and has been tested and documented with it.

2. These designs have not been tested or designed for a DC input voltage, but they should both work with a 90VDC input, maybe lower but not guaranteed.

3. The two designs are very similar but not exactly the same, please see the BOM of both designs for the differences.
