    Can you provide a screen capture of your problem? I know that might be difficult if it disappeared.

    Hi Isora,

    Were you able to complete insitallation of PSpice for TI?

    Sometimes, the association that updates information doesn't work properly.

    If you can't get the download info, please try the following:

    login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page). Then go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information (most likely the shipping address). Then logout, and go the pspice registration page and request again
