Hi team,

One of our customers is experiencing the same problem as the "Original question". He has the same problem with every project he opens or creates.

He has tried the solution in the 'Original question', but did not see the folder(CaptureTIPSpice_Install) in the directory (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Orcad\) in step 4. So what should we do？

Hi Amy,

Did they try step 5. after not finding the install folder? Just curious about the result.

I'll check further on what to do if step 4 isn't showing a correct install.

Nothing so far. I've reached out to arrange a conference call. They only suggested last Sunday at 9AM.

I've asked for other dates/times but haven't heard back yet.
