PSPICE-FOR-TI: Installation problem with PSPICE-FOR-TI

I have the same error: After starting the installation the following message appears:

"An Internal error occured. Please go to http://e2e.ti.com for further assistance. (-1)

Is there a simple solution to resolve this ?

    We've recevied a lot of reports of this problem and it is being actively worked on. I'll let you know when we have a fix.

    After I tried the installation today, it was successful.

    Not sure what happened as this impacted a number of people and then seemed to self-resolve.

    Would be nice to know a corrective action so that we could attack this quicker. Sorry for the invconvenience.
