Pspsice installation error (-48)

When I attempt to install Pspsice for TI I get an "Internal error. " I now have received this error on two computers. How can I fix the problem?

Hi Jim,

Please send me the following file:

"cdsPspiceTIlog.txt" which is in the directory "%appdata%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall".

Here's a link to a the same error reported last year. Turns out he had an eval board plugged in that cause the problem.

Hi Jim.

Since you are looking to disable an older installation, can I assume that this problem was resolved?
