PSPICE-FOR-TI: Internal Error Occurred when Trying to Install PSpice for TI

Hello TI Support,

I tried to open PSpice for TI today, and I ran into the error message described in this post.  Per that solution, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling PSpice for TI.  I filled out the request form, got the approval email, and downloaded the installer.  When I ran the installer, it opens this page.  I typed in my email address and the access key from the email and got this error:

Would should I do to fix this problem?

    I'll try setting the environment variable shortly to get the more detailed log, and I'll post it here.

    Hi David,

    I figured out the issue with this command.  I had a microcontroller eval board with an onboard programmer plugged into my computer.  When I run the command with that plugged in, I see the drive with the unicode Serial Number:

    If I unplug the board and run it again, it disappears:

    I must have had it disconnected when I got the installation to work.
