I am having a licensing issue with PSpice. I have included a screenshot of an issue for further clarification. After the first window appears, the second window shows and my PSpice stops running. Any recommendations on how to clear this issue.

There have not been any major changes, the problem has actually been present since the first time I installed the software. However, to make sure I fully understand what you are asking. What do you mean or what are you looking for when saying changes in network access?

Would you please check if you have a license.txt file in %appdata%\Cadence\VBL\TI_PSpice_174\license (paste this into Windows file manager and it'll take you to the directory).
Also, please check your message. I need something else from your installation.

As discussed, the current fix is to uninstall and reinstall PSpice for TI. The problem will be fixed in the next release.
