TIDA-010000: TIDA-010000

Part Number: TIDA-010000

Hello,

I want to produce this EVM based on the production files in TIDA-010000 TI web (https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-010000?keyMatch=&tisearch=search-everything&usecase=partmatches).

Can you please share more detailed specs for the transformer T1 (main transformer)?

Based on the transformer PN (750343917) I managed to find partial specs but still missing core shape and size wires gage ext.

Thank you,

Raya.

  • Hello Raya,

thank you for your interest on our reference design TIDA-010000.

The Design guide — TIDA-010000 has a dedicated section on the transformer, please refer to section 2.3.2 Flyback Transformer (pages  9-11).

Could you check, if that answers your questions?

For more details on the transformer, would it be possible you check with the transformer vendor Wuerth directly?

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    Martin Staebler

  • Hello Martin,

    Thank you for your response.

In the transformer section of the user guide you mention, there is no information regarding the practical production of the transformer, such as the size and shape of the core and the wire used for each winding.

As I intend to use this EVM as a reference, I would like it to match the designer's design exactly, so if you can share the transformer production files it will be very helpful.

I will try to contact the vendor directly.

    Best regards,

    Raya Carmi.

  • Hi Raya,

thank you for your feedback. As TI do neither manufacture nor sell the transformer, we would not have any transformer production files and we refer to the public part number from Wuerth, so our customers can order the part we used from Wuerth directly.

Thank you for contacting the transformer vendor directly for additional question on the transformer production files.

    Regards,
    Martin Staebler
