Hi Miguel,
Do you know if you are on 17.4-S009, or 23.1-S001?
Can you check the following path:
%appdata%\Cadence\VBL
There should be a directory TI_PSpice_231 and/or TI_PSpice_174.
Please check into whichever is the most recent (should be 231). License, and in there should be a license.txt
Can you also post (Insert->Image/video/file) the file cdsPspiceTIlog.txt at %appdata%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall
David
Please try AppData\Roaming\Cadence
There should be a VBL there.
%appdata% is a shortcut if used in the search window. It should take you directly to the Roaming folder, not to local.

Hi Miguel,
Looks like your system tried to do an update and something went wrong.
Please try the following:
1. Uninstall PSpice for TI
2. Reboot your computer
3. Re-install PSpice for TI.
If you can't find your installer, you can put in a request at www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI
It'll send you your access key (which won't change from before) and a link to the download. I'd recommend doing this.

I'd recommend review the video tutorials. They'll guide you through setting up a simulation and plotting the outputs.
They can be found at the bottom of the PSpice for TI download page. Unfortunately, they're in chronological order from when they were uploaded, not sequentially in order of the prresentation.
But, they have titles which should help in choosing the video that you need. And each is only a couple of minutes long.
